It is indeed a strange phenomenon that customers feel the need to do weird things to indirectly make my job harder. For example: buy trash cans and not take the lids, buy storage totes and not take the lid, sending colorblind husbands(only because a colorblind wife is genetically very rare, I mean double recessive gene. Rare) in to pick out paint colors...etc
Seems a strange thing to forget. Maybe they *like* the smell of trash?
